Thomas James Speight regularly features highly on the my-space chart with his ability to pull at the heartstrings with his clever storytelling and his toe tapping country hits.

By the age of twelve Thomas was playing the guitar and writing his own music. He formed many different bands and spent most of his teenage years experimenting musically before landing a place at LIPA. Thomas has now left LIPA having finished his music degree and played his songs for Sir Paul McCartney who said that he 'wouldn't change a thing'.

Thomas travelled extensively over the last year, notching up over 100 gigs and 2 nationwide tours. He has shared the stage with artists such as Joshua Radin, Eugene McGuinness, Josh Weller,Vagabond,Johnny Flynn, Sky Larkin,Rocky Votolato, Peter & The Wolf and Slow Club.

Thomas is a performer who is mature beyond his years with clever lyrics, beautiful melodies and is so engaging on stage you just can't take your eyes off him. It is no wonder that once you have seen him live, with his band or just his molly taylor guitar for company you can't help but regularly check the gig list to see when he will be playing near you next!
